What to review before ordering
-
Step 1
Test and panel contents
Check the individual components of a panel and the laboratory performing it. Similar panel names do not necessarily mean the same tests are included.
-
Step 2
Specimen and collection
Read preparation, collection, and shipping instructions. A test may require a draw location or a collection kit; confirm the arrangement before your client proceeds.
-
Step 3
Ordering requirements and costs
Confirm the practice’s eligibility, complete the required patient information, and review laboratory and related service charges.
-
Step 4
Timing and results
Plan around specimen collection and laboratory processing. Review the returned report with the appropriate healthcare professional; delivery alone does not include clinical interpretation.
Panels and collection options
Can I combine tests?
Review the available panels and discuss any additional tests with the ordering professional. If you need a custom combination, ask us what is supported and confirm the specimen, laboratory, and pricing requirements before ordering.
Can my client collect a sample at home?
That depends on the selected test and kit instructions. A home collection kit and a blood draw service are different arrangements. Confirm the required collection method for each order.
Is mobile collection available?
Ask us about the location, test, and collection arrangement you need. Availability, scheduling, and fees must be confirmed before you offer the service to a client.
Are interpretation services included?
The platform provides access to returned laboratory reports. Discuss any additional reporting or interpretation service separately; do not assume it is included with a test order.
